The Training Ground is located in Redlands, Ca. at 414 Tennessee St. Suite I.

We are a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) school for anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jujitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai or Mixed Martial Arts or training in MMA.

We are close to Mentone, Yucaipa, Highland and Loma Linda. We train  in No-Gi Jujitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Grappling. We also spar every week. MMA Sparring is in our MMA Class on Saturday. Many of our students compete but are not required to. Students are able to train 6 days per week.

We have multiple instructors for all classes including specialists in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other disciplines.

MMA Unlimited training

Our Muay Thai classes on Monday's and Wednesday's are one hour long, all other classes are an hour and a half to two hours or more. We focus on NO-GI Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, muay thai and kickboxing. Moreover we focus on MMA, mixing specific techniques, disciplines and strategies that work in an MMA fight. Anyone is welcome to train. Please see the schedules page for days and times. Classes are predominately adult. You must be a minimum age of 14 yrs. old and 145 lbs. to sign up; minors require parents permission.

Raise your Cardio to the best it has ever been, learn ground or get better at your stand up skills. We spar in every class. Friday is open mat and guests are welcome anytime.

We are a faith-based, Christian-owned school and welcome everyone. The safety of our students is our primary concern. We are located at 414 Tennessee St. Suite I, in the same location as Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness.

Discount for Law Enforcement, Firefighters & Physicians

Classes are $65.00 per month with a 6-month agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). There is a one-time sign up fee of $40.00. There are no refunds unless cancellation is due to an injury. Per-class drop in fee is $10.00 cash. More information on pricing is here.

We offer active law enforcement, fire fighters and/or physicians a discounted rate of $65.00 per month (EFT) for full training.

Students are responsible for obtaining their own training equipment. Equipment required includes mouth-guard, groin protection, shin guards, headgear, hand-wraps, boxing gloves (14 oz. or 16 oz.) and grappling gloves for those who wish to train MMA. Gloves, hand-wraps, mouth-guards are available for purchase at the school.
